- A file that does not open. Tell us the file type, roughly how big it is, which program created it and what MSGView showed. Please do not send the file itself if it contains private or business information — a description is enough to start.
- Feature requests and new formats you would like MSGView to support.
- Privacy requests, including questions about the visit statistics described in the Privacy Policy.
